As an interim manager a recruiter and a coach and with a long history in the hotel industry I have learnt so much about people and their behaviour. This has enables me to build rapport quickly which in turn has meant I have become really effective at understanding peoples aspirations and matching them to the right roles to help them achieve those said aspirations.      

I am a hospitality professional with 25+ years’ experience working for some of the world’s most well known hotel brands. My passion and expertise lies in engaging individuals and teams in delivering the highest level of performance they can. I balance a strong people focus with a commercial mind and I am skilled at helping others understand how to deliver for their organisations and themselves.
